Altan Dinç

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dinç spent three years at AD Management Consulting, supporting investors, debtors, and creditors in restructurings. He most recently served a consortium of creditors as a financial adviser in the debt restructuring of a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contractor operating in the Middle East and Europe.
Previously, Mr. Dinç served for 10 years as Group CFO and Board Advisor at STFA Investment Holding Group. There, he led the Group’s financial restructuring, M&A projects, and project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure construction sectors. He also held over 15 non-executive board roles.
Mr. Dinç earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Middle East Technical University and an executive MBA from Sabancı University, and completed the leadership executive program at MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds Capital Markets Board Advanced Level and Derivatives licenses. A Turkish national, Mr. Dinç is fluent in Turkish and English.
