Alexander Ziets
Mr. Ziets’ primary focus is understanding, identifying, and reporting on the key drivers of a target company’s business, including key deal issues and risks, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, off-balance sheet exposures, and purchase agreement reviews.
Mr. Ziets has more than 12 years of transaction advisory experience. He has supported transactions for clients across the financial services industry, including retail and wholesale insurance brokerages, managing general agents, independent marketing organizations, third-party administrators, vehicle service warranty administrators, wealth management, and specialty finance.
In addition to traditional due diligence engagements, Mr. Ziets has assisted clients with post-transaction services, which involved identifying and quantifying financial and operational KPIs and preparing management reporting packages.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ziets was an Associate with EY in New York, working on financial services assurance and advisory. He provided risk management advisory services to global financial institutions, as well as assurance services to firms in the asset management industry.
Mr. Ziets earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting (cum laude) from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
