With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, Mr. Bischoff has advised a range of entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporations on strategic and corporate finance transactions. He has successfully advised on more than 100 deals across diverse industries, with transaction values of up to €500 million.

Drawing on his extensive expertise, Mr. Bischoff skillfully navigates complex transactions. He offers clear and decisive guidance with trust and integrity. Although based in Frankfurt, Mr. Bischoff has supported transactions across Europe, the U.S., China, Japan, and Australia.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bischoff spent 16 years at KPMG, where he served as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team. He played a central role in building and eventually leading one of the largest Corporate Finance teams in the German market.

Mr. Bischoff began his career in investment banking at Sal. Oppenheim and Rothschild & Co., advising clients on landmark transactions. He earned an MBA from the University of Passau, Germany.
