Across Mr. Rankin’s 16+ years of accounting and finance experience, he has worked on more than 100 transactions, ranging from midmarket to multibillion-dollar deals across a wide variety of sectors. Mr. Rankin has also led multiple integrated due diligence engagements for Middle Eastern clients in both domestic and outbound transactions (primarily across Europe and the Americas), combining financial, operational, commercial, technical, tax, and human capital due diligence to provide a holistic assessment of a business and the associated value drivers and risks.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rankin spent 10 years with Deloitte in the Middle East and the U.K., primarily focused on financial due diligence. He also spent time within Deloitte’s Restructuring team to support distressed M&A and debt refinancing engagements during COVID-19. 

Mr. Rankin is a Certified Chartered Accountant.
