Alan Kirschenbaum

Mr. Kirschenbaum has extensive experience with assisting high net worth families and individuals with liquidity analysis and planning, integration of tax planning strategies and multi-generational relationship management. Mr. Kirschenbaum has also worked with families and individuals in educating and the evaluation of alternative and direct investments as well as the oversight of personal matters impacting individuals and families.
Mr. Kirschenbaum also brings significant experience in the areas of tax, finance, treasury and operations. Previously, Mr. Kirschenbaum had a career in a corporate setting where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Treasurer and Director of Tax for Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-up organizations and has worked with privately owned businesses and their owners.
Mr. Kirschenbaum has extensive experience in identifying, understanding and managing federal and state tax issues related to complex business transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and securitizations. He also has significant experience in the area of financial accounting and corporate finance.
Mr. Kirschenbaum earned both a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and a master's degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
