Mr. Suria brings more than 15 years of M&A advisory, investing, and operations experience across the technology, media, and telecom (TMT) sector. He has invested $2+ billion in TMT companies and advised on $7+ billion of technology M&A.
During his time at A&M, Mr. Suria has led over a dozen commercial due diligences, strategy projects, and market studies across a variety of technology subsectors, including enterprise software, cybersecurity, semiconductors, Internet of Things, digital infrastructure, and industrial technology.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Suria served as Director with Koch Investments Group, leading investments in the TMT sector. Before that, he served as Vice President with Evercore, advising on technology M&A.
Previously, Mr. Suria held finance and accounting leadership roles at Pandora and Wind River Systems (acquired by Intel). He began his career at KPMG, serving technology clients.
Mr. Suria earned a BBA from the University of Arizona, a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California.
