Adam Titus

With over 15 years of experience in financially distressed situations, Mr. Titus formulates and executes value-maximizing restructuring strategies for companies, creditors, and equity holders. He has worked with clients in various sectors, including technology, energy, consumer and retail, fintech, cryptocurrency real estate, media, restaurants and technology.
Recently, Mr. Titus provided financial advisory to FTX, including strategic alternatives and value maximizing strategies related to portfolio investments. He has played integral roles in homebuilder and construction-related assignments focused on strategic alternatives, including Shea Homes, William Lyon Homes, and NCM. Mr. Titus provides clients with strategies to identify and manage short- and long-term liquidity needs, fostering runway and optionality to drive favorable outcomes.
In addition to representing companies, Mr. Titus specializes in creditor advisory. He provided advisory services in bankruptcies including Relativity Media, Brookstone, and Avaya.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Titus worked as an investment banker at Wachovia Securities in the leveraged finance group, where he underwrote and executed leveraged loans and high-yield debt offerings. He also served as an Associate at Liberty Lane Partners, a middle-market private equity firm.
Mr. Titus earned a bachelor's degree in finance (information technology minor) from Bentley University. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.
