Adam Kaplan

With more than 12 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Kaplan has held management leadership roles, advised on 30+ diligences and led multiple performance improvement engagements supporting margin improvement, supply chain management and cost optimization.
Mr. Kaplan's recent engagements include a six-month implementation for a $4 billion food co-manufacturer, focusing on P&L forecasting improvement though margin transparency; a four-month implementation for a $1.5 billion industrial parts manufacturer, focusing on margin management improvement though price/cost transparency. Previously, Mr. Kaplan completed a five-month cost transparency implementation for a $600 million pet care solutions company, focusing on operational KPI development, market inflation tracking and P&L forecasting.
Prior to this, Mr. Kaplan completed a seven-month margin management and PMO project for a $700M million shipbuilding company, focusing on price/cost transparency, organizational integration and service offering prioritization; a five-month cost optimization and PMO project for a $7 billion retail company, focusing on organizational redesign and process improvement that resulted in operational expense reductions of ~$120 million; and a five-month cost optimization and PMO project for a $1.1 billion skin care company, focusing on organizational redesign and process improvement that reduced operating cost by ~$100 million.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kaplan spent six years at WireCo Worldgroup as Manager of FP&A & Corporate Development. He pursued more than thirty merger and acquisition opportunities in over fifteen countries, established a global FP&A team to support business leaders with pricing, forecasting, supply chain and expense management, and supported WireCo and PE sponsors through multiple debt refinancings and an equity transaction.
