Abraham Tordjman

With over 10 years of experience, he advises on inbound and outbound transactions across various industries, including alternative investments (private equity, hedge, and venture capital), technology, retail, blockchain, and digital assets.
Mr. Tordjman provides strategic guidance on U.S. and non-U.S. tax implications of cross-border transactions, including withholding tax considerations, treaty planning, intellectual property planning, holding and principal company structures, international compliance, check-the-box planning, cross-border acquisitions and dispositions, cash repatriation strategies, and permanent establishment risk management.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Tordjman served as a Manager in PwC’s International Tax Services practice in New York City and later as a Director in BPM’s International Tax group.
Mr. Tordjman holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Yeshiva University, New York, and a master’s degree in taxation from Fordham University, New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Florida and is fluent in five languages.
