Aabhaas Parik
Mr. Parik brings more than 10 years of experience in strategy consulting and transaction advisory, helping clients quantify market potential, evaluate competitive positioning, and identify levers that accelerate both investment decisions and long-term value creation. His work spans industrials, logistics, infrastructure, packaging, building materials, aerospace and defense, and alternative real estate, with a strong focus on market evaluation, strategic growth planning, and commercial transformation.
At A&M, Mr. Parik has delivered a diverse set of engagements across strategy, diligence, and value creation, including fund deployment planning for an infrastructure investor, investment assessment in e-commerce logistics, and diligence on a leading technology-enabled, intra-city logistics platform. He supported the build-out of a next-generation digital infrastructure platform, evaluated one of India’s largest air cargo hub opportunities, and led commercial diligences across a food packaging manufacturer, a pharma packaging solutions provider, and a tech-enabled building materials platform. His work has also included developing a growth strategy for a multinational beverage company and designing a sustainability operating model for a global retail chain.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Parik spent nearly three years with PwC India’s management consulting practice in Mumbai. He advised clients on market entry, sales acceleration, marketing effectiveness, and digital commercial solutions across the consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. Before that, he held roles at Coats Group, managing end-to-end sales and distribution, and at Pidilite Industries, where he led regional business development and trade marketing for the adhesive and paints division.
Mr. Parik earned a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
