Brian Smith
With more than 30 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Smith has served in executive roles at banks, for a service provider, and as an advisor. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including energy, financial services, and technology.
Mr. Smith’s notable assignments include designing and implementing technology solutions, including strategy, governance, third-party risk management, and outsourcing.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Smith spent over three years with CSC in New York, where he most recently served as Industry General Manager for banking and capital markets.
Previously, Mr. Smith spent over seven years with Technology Partners International (TPI) (now Information Services Group [ISG)), where he led the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practice and implemented service management and governance solutions for clients. Additionally, he served in leadership roles at Citi Private Bank and American Express Bank.
Mr. Smith earned a BBA from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland. He is a fellow of the UK Institute of Administrative Management (IAM) and serves as a Director of the University of Strathclyde USA Foundation and The American Scottish Foundation.
