Mr. Currito is an industrial engineer with 30 years of experience working internationally. He is driven to create value, lead change, and develop people by designing and implementing performance improvement solutions that boost operational and financial results. Mr. Currito works on the ground to lead clients’ teams through transformation, delivering sustainable change and tangible outcomes.

As a seasoned manager, Mr. Currito addresses key business issues, focusing on positive EBITDA impact, through the design and deployment of tailored operational solutions. He has extensive experience in improving processes and routines, implementing custom-designed management operating systems, and leading teams through transformation. Mr. Currito is also experienced in implementing digital solutions to boost performance and productivity.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Currito acquired extensive hands-on operational experience in implementing complex transformation programs in multicultural environments across various continents. He has worked in multiple business sectors, including natural resources (mining, and oil and gas), manufacturing, transportation (ports and airports), logistics and distribution, finance, and utilities. Mr. Currito has also held multiple positions as a Senior Executive, as well as Implementation Manager, in multinational companies across different locations, primarily in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
