Mr. Jain is known for combining strategic perspective with strong execution and for building high-performing teams and scalable platforms that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jain was with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as Executive Director and Global Head of Research. In this role, he led a global team of 500+ industry/functional experts and was instrumental in strengthening capabilities aligned with evolving client needs. He also set up and led BCG’s Global Capability Center in India, overseeing a 900+ member team across knowledge, analytics, and digital capabilities, with a strong focus on capability building, operational excellence, and innovation.

Previously, Mr. Jain was part of the founding team at Evalueserve, where he helped scale the firm into a global organization, working with Fortune 1,000 and other large multinational companies across industries.

Mr. Jain earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering and a master’s degree in business administration.
