Ms. Knox has a particular focus on helping clients navigate a complex and constantly changing business and tax environment. She works with clients from startup to maturity and exit, advising on a range of corporate tax, M&A, tax due diligence, tax accounting, and international structuring matters. She advises on domestic and international tax structuring, reorganizations, acquisitions and divestments, IPOs, and global audits, and regularly advises clients on interactions with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other regulators. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Knox spent 20 years with PwC in Sydney, Brisbane, and London, where she served as a Corporate Tax Director. 

Ms. Knox earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (accounting and economics majors) from the University of Sydney and a bachelor's degree in law from the University of Queensland. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
