Danny Jin
Mr. Jin’s core areas of strength include Project Management Office (PMO) leadership, capital project governance, owner-side execution oversight, industrial restructuring, and enterprise transformation. He has advised leading Korean industrial groups across the shipbuilding, engineering and construction, energy, metals, and advanced manufacturing sectors, frequently reporting directly to CEO-level stakeholders on high-stakes strategic and operational transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jin held the position of Partner at EY-Parthenon, as well as roles at Monitor Deloitte and A.T. Kearney Korea. Additionally, Mr. Jin spent five years at Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering (DSME), a leading global shipbuilding company acquired by Hanwha Group, where he managed two oil and gas projects valued at approximately $2 billion and $3 billion, respectively, in offshore plant projects. During his time at DSME, he specialized in strategic contract management and spearheaded a cost reduction campaign, resulting in the first two-digit percentage profit margin for a capital offshore project.
Mr. Jin earned a bachelor’s degree in operations research and management science from the University of California, Berkeley.
