Dave Borowski
Mr. Borowski integrates leading practices, creative solution design, and a deep appreciation for a client’s unique situation to tackle large-scale, complex issues, delivering billions in value. He has often generated 50%+ savings from initiatives optimizing back-office and customer-facing services.
Mr. Borowski’s expertise includes multifunctional operating and service-delivery model strategy and design, functional performance improvement, process reengineering and automation, process optimization and outsourcing advisory, and value realization. He has led global engagements from strategy through execution across functions and industries. Notably, Mr. Borowski led the development of a multifunction, global business services solution for a Fortune 50 life sciences company, resulting in tens of millions in savings, hybrid in-house/outsourced delivery across multiple functions, and a new offshore Global Capability Center—improving responsiveness, performance, and resiliency.
Mr. Borowski also led the overhaul of a Fortune 100 technology company’s F&A outsourcing strategy, diagnosing unique barriers and saving more than $120 million. The improvements included selectively insourcing nonperforming services, shifting operations to nearshore/offshore, renegotiating contract terms, and developing tailored governance to improve innovation, relationship management, and service quality. Mr. Borowski has worked with clients and leading service and technology providers to design and implement solutions, enhance business performance, and reduce costs. He has led all engagement phases, including strategy, solution design, location selection, competitive selection (RFx), contract negotiations, implementation, governance, and operational optimization.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Borowski was a Senior Partner at West Monroe and a Managing Director at Pace Harmon (acquired by West Monroe in 2020).
Mr. Borowski is an advocate in the fight to cure childhood cancer. He serves on the Mid-Atlantic Board of Trustees for Blood Cancer United, is the 2026 Visionaries of the Year National Chair, and was named 2022 Man of the Year.
Mr. Borowski earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (graduating summa cum laude) from Michigan State University.
