Mr. Pietraszkiewicz specializes in asset-backed finance and cross-border investment strategies in shipping, aviation, logistics, and intermodal transport. With over 19 years of experience, he has a proven track record of originating, structuring, and managing complex transactions that align capital deployment with long-term operational value.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Pietraszkiewicz led shipping and aviation origination at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, where he structured large-scale transactions in partnership with institutional investors and senior management. He previously served as Director of Asset Management at GTLK Asia, managing a multibillion-dollar shipping portfolio and leading refinancing and restructuring efforts. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at DVB Bank SE across London, Singapore, Amsterdam, and Curaçao. He focused on debt and equity origination, restructuring, and relationship management across transportation sectors. 

Mr. Pietraszkiewicz earned dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and law from the Higher School of Economics in Białystok, Poland, and a master’s degree in international logistics from the University of Plymouth, UK. He is fluent in English and Polish.
