Mr. TK focuses on working with private equity sponsors and corporate clients to deliver integrated buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory services. Having advised on more than 75 transactions across Canada, Africa, India, and the US, he provides expert financial due diligence and valuation advisory support. Mr. TK has experience across multiple industries, including healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, consumer goods, and mining and metals.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. TK most recently served as a Director with KPMG Canada’s Deal Advisory practice, where he coordinated multidisciplinary diligence teams and led financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate transactions. His main responsibilities included: advising clients on transaction execution, capital deployment, and investment decision-making; supporting dispute advisory engagements related to earn-out calculations and working capital closing account disputes; and delivering transaction advisory support across the transaction lifecycle.

Before KPMG, Mr. TK held corporate development and M&A roles at IAMGOLD Corporation, supporting international mining acquisitions and divestitures across North America and West Africa. Earlier in his career, he was a Corporate Finance Specialist with a leading African retail group, where he executed multiple cross-border acquisitions across the region, including in Zimbabwe, Botswana, and South Africa.

Mr. TK earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras. He is a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) in Canada, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) in India. He also has an IFRS diploma, valid in the UK.
