Irene Boldebuck
With more than eight years of management consulting and operational experience combined, Ms. Boldebuck has supported Fortune 500 companies through enterprise-wide transformations and driven complex change across organizations. Her notable achievements include leading the transformation of a global manufacturing organization, which involved developing and deploying a new operating model for its corporate and support functions. Most notably, she was responsible for driving cost-reduction initiatives through cross-functional process standardization. Ms. Boldebuck has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, and financial services.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Boldebuck spent five years with McKinsey & Company in Chicago, Illinois, where she most recently served as Engagement Manager. During this time, Ms. Boldebuck was a strategic transformation leader with a strong foundation in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution. She drove programs focused on organizational effectiveness across HR, finance, and corporate functions.
Ms. Boldebuck earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management from Purdue University. She is Lean Six Sigma certified.
