Amandeep Singh
With approximately 20 years of global experience, Mr. Singh has held senior general management, operations, commercial, and advisory roles throughout his career. He emphasizes bridging the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on operational execution through pragmatic, fact-based advice, organizational alignment, and disciplined execution to drive value creation. He has advised executive teams at global integrated oil companies, independent exploration and production (E&P) companies, and energy services companies across the entire energy value chain. Mr. Singh has lived and worked across diverse cultures in nine countries spanning North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Mr. Singh’s notable assignments include strategic portfolio evaluation and optimization, asset uptime and production improvement, field and SG&A cost optimization, and corporate capital allocation and budgeting. He has also led the stand-up of new digital and renewable businesses and full-scale EBITDA improvement programs at multiple large- and mid-cap natural resources companies.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Singh was a Partner with Boston Consulting Group, where he was part of the firm’s Energy, Operations, and Transformation practices. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade in the oil and gas industry, primarily at Transocean, where he held leadership positions in operations, asset management, and commercial functions, ultimately serving as Commercial Director for the Eastern Hemisphere business unit.
Mr. Singh earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
