Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Steinberg was the CEO for Anan, a European PE-backed, Middle East–headquartered data center business. In this position, he was in charge of all business and functional activities of the company and was successful in raising hundreds of millions in funding while launching the business’s development of its first data center locations, including ones for AI enablement and high-performance computing. Mr. Steinberg also founded and was CEO of Modesail, an international consulting firm that placed him in executive-under-contract roles for publicly traded and PE-backed companies, including Equinix, Windstream Enterprise, and Twenty20 Solutions. He also had two stints working as a subject matter expert at FTI Consulting.

Before Anan, Mr. Steinberg held executive strategy, business development, corporate development, operational, marketing, and financial management positions at a series of multinational, multibillion-dollar companies. These included CenturyLink, Level 3 Communications, and Colt Technology Services. Mr. Steinberg has also been a practice leader at international management consulting firms, including Capgemini and EY. During his career, he has resided in North America, Europe, and Asia–Pacific, and he has had global responsibilities and P&Ls of up to $600 million under his management.

Mr. Steinberg earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia University. He was also a visiting student at the University of Oxford. He has been published in numerous magazines and journals, including Forbes, European Telecommunications, and Australian Banking & Finance. Mr. Steinberg is a patron of numerous educational and nonprofit institutions, including the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the University of Oxford; Mansfield College at the University of Oxford; Brown University, where he is Class President; and the Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana. Mr. Steinberg holds US and UK citizenship plus permanent resident status in Greece.
