Rebecca Truong
Ms. Truong specializes in M&A, strategy, and value creation. She advises across the deal life cycle, with a particular focus on post-merger integrations and separations. Ms. Truong has led some of Asia–Pacific’s largest and most complex cross-border transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $300 million to $5+ billion.
With more than 17 years of professional experience across Asia–Pacific and Europe, Ms. Truong’s expertise is in strategy execution, where she helps clients formulate and implement strategy to drive growth and create long-term value. She has led large-scale M&A and transformation programs with teams of 200+ people in multiple locations, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and across Europe.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Truong spent 14 years at EY-Parthenon, where she built and led the Financial Services Transaction Strategy Execution practice in China and the wider region. She also worked as Managing Director and Head of Strategy in Teneo’s Asia–Pacific Financial Advisory practice, where she focused on advising clients on value creation.
Ms. Truong earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from the London School of Economics. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
