With more than 25 years of experience in Asia’s financial services, Mr. Lim has led large-scale programs and digital ventures from strategy through architecture and build. He helps clients to reimagine business models, enable new distribution and platform, integrate emerging technologies (including generative AI), and drive cross-sector convergence.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Lim held senior positions at leading consulting firms. He was Partner and Head of Insurance Asia–Pacific at Synpulse, CEO Asia at Coherent, and Partner at EY. He has led major transformation initiatives for clients, including HSBC’s PayMe for Business app, Standard Chartered’s Mox bank, and AXA Asia’s regional core platform implementation. Mr. Lim has also developed and cofounded digital platforms and technologies that have reshaped the financial services landscape. He served as lead advisor to the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) for over a decade, providing strategic guidance on the design and development of the eMPF platform.

Mr. Lim earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, both from the University of Melbourne.
