Mr. Roodi has a strong track record in the German and European energy and energy services sectors and has successfully advised on large-scale transactions, undertaking buy- and sell-side technical, commercial, and ESG due diligence.

Mr. Roodi has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the infrastructure sector. He has advised high-profile clients including infrastructure investors, private equity, investment banks, and corporates on a range of investments including contracting businesses, industry parks, and contracting exposures.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Roodi co-led AFRY’s Transaction Advisory practice in Germany. During his time at AFRY Management Consulting, Mr. Roodi delivered more than 60 transactions and led over 30 buy- and sell-side transactions with deal values of up to around €3 billion. His experience includes undertaking the market and commercial due diligence of GETEC Group in Germany and its subsequent refinancing. He has also advised utilities, including E.ON, on developing contracting services for industrial customers.

Mr. Roodi earned an MBA from the University of Hamburg.
