Mr. Hunke brings 25+ years of experience in working with software and technology companies and applying technology across industries. He has deep expertise in strategy, operating model optimization, tech-led transformations, and organizational rightsizing. His notable engagements include leading 30+ projects for a global enterprise software and cloud player, such as a major cost transformation with full works council endorsement, the design and implementation of a new performance management system, and implementation support for a fundamental engineering operating model transformation.

Additionally, Mr. Hunke has supported multiple clients in optimizing and transforming their software and tech-related businesses, working across the aerospace and defense, transport and logistics, and energy industries. He also works closely with private equity funds on transactions and value creation plans for their software assets and targets.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hunke spent 19 years with Boston Consulting Group in Germany, where he served as a Managing Director and Partner in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications and Technology Advantage practices. He also led the firm’s relationships with major clients in enterprise software and technology distribution.

Mr. Hunke earned his diploma in business administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU Munich) and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD at Fontainebleau and Singapore.
