Ralph Debbas is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Financial Services Industry Group in New York. He focuses on capital markets transformation, operating model modernization, data strategy, and transformation work.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Debbas’ notable assignments included Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Mizuho Financial Group, CPP Investments, and BNY Mellon. While at FD Technologies/EPAM Systems, he scaled a $200+ million consulting and managed services business, drove $50 million in synergies, and led strategic partnerships.
In addition, Mr. Debbas was a Director at PwC Financial Services Advisory and held technology and transformation roles at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Debbas earned a master’s degree in management information and systems. He is involved in several charitable initiatives.
