Reshma Patil is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in New York. Working in the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure industry group, she partners with executives on exploring growth opportunities, optimizing go-to-market models, and transforming the front office to drive profitable growth. 

Ms. Patil brings expertise in the investigation of new markets and business models, customer segmentation and treatment, distribution, sales effectiveness, and streamlining of lead-to-cash functions. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Patil partners with clients on developing business strategy and then provides leadership throughout design and execution to drive quantifiable results. She has collaborated with clients on the development of growth strategies, the stand-up of new fiber companies, mobile payments ventures, and mobile virtual network operators. Additional notable assignments include product and customer profitability, mid-market sales acceleration, enterprise sales structure redesign, and transformation of solutioning through contracting functions. She works across telecom, cable, and fiber companies in both the consumer and B2B segments.  

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Patil was a Managing Director in Accenture’s Communications and Media Strategy practice, where she partnered with business unit presidents, chief financial officers, and senior executives at leading communications providers to drive growth agendas and improve functional effectiveness. Prior to consulting, Ms. Patil worked at Novell in Corporate Strategy and at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Investment Banking team. 

Ms. Patil earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
