He specializes in simplifying complex programs, helping capital-intensive clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution and ensuring these initiatives deliver in practice, not just on paper. With more than 19 years of consulting and line management experience, Mr. Santoso has served as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders across the Middle East, Australia, Africa, and Asia–Pacific. He has led programs delivering double-digit step-change throughput improvements, sustained cost reductions of 10–20%, and successful execution of multiple M&A transactions and integrations, from diligence through post-merger integration.
