Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute's 20th Technology Guidance Note on Digital Investigations

Davin Teo, Managing Director and Co-leader of Disputes and Investigations Asia contributed to The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI)'s 20th issue of its Technology Guidance Note, "Supporting Digital Investigations – A Practical Primer for Governance Professionals" published in August 2025. Authored by Dylan Williams FCG HKFCG, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Sands China Ltd. and Mohan Datwani FCG HKFCG(PE), Deputy Chief Executive of HKCGI, this guidance note serves as a guide for governance professionals to better understand and support digital investigations within their organizations. It emphasizes that digital investigations are increasingly relevant and that governance professionals play a crucial role in navigating this area.
