Donald Lochabay

He frequently serves as an expert on commercial litigation and healthcare damages, data analytics and government contract claims.
Mr. Lochabay is an expert in damages and causation analyses, complex data analysis, discovery for complex litigation, compliance monitoring and investigations. His experience includes both expert and privileged consulting roles in the healthcare, insurance, financial institutions, aerospace, government contracts and other industries.
Throughout his career, Mr. Lochabay has provided expert testimony on several cases. He has assisted counsel on several of the largest complex litigation matters in the U.S. and has analyzed massive transactional databases and high-volume document productions. In addition, he has testified to both causation analysis and damage calculations, often utilizing transaction level electronic data as foundational evidence.
He has also served as a coordinating expert, supporting and reviewing the work of multiple experts from various firms to ensure consistency and maximize the effectiveness of expert opinions.
His clients have included internal and outside counsel, state agencies, insurance companies, aerospace companies, electronics and design companies, chemical companies, committees of counsel to class action litigation, governmental agencies, financial institutions, construction contractors and business owners.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Lochabay was with Navigant Consulting, Tucker Alan Inc. and Peterson Consulting.
Mr. Lochabay earned a bachelor's degree with honors in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Baylor University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He is a member of the Institute of Management Accounting and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Health Law and Litigation sections and the Expert Witness Committee.
