Yusef Alyusef

Yusef is an expert at navigating complex tax legislation in the public and private sectors and optimizing corporate structures for local and global operations. His notable experience includes: overseeing governance frameworks, tax compliance, and partnerships with authorities to optimize operational tax structures; leading international collaboration on tax policy issues and enhancing Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) tax competitiveness; leading KSA delegations to international forums and developing national tax legislation; advising multinational enterprises on tax compliance, legal structures, and tax efficiency; and representing clients in tax objections and appeals.
Prior to joining A&M, Yusef worked as Head of Tax at Riyadh Air, Executive Director of Tax and Customs at the Economic Cities and Special Zones Authority (ECZA), Tax & Zakat Advisory Associate Director at KPMG, and Acting International Relations Director at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in KSA. He also served as Tax Policy Advisor at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.
Yusef earned a bachelor’s degree in law from King Abdulaziz University and an MBA (concentration in finance) from California State University, San Bernardino. He is also a Licensed Finance Officer with the Saudi Capital Market Authority.
