Eunice Tang is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Debt & Capital Lead Advisory in Hong Kong. She specializes in debt capital fundraising for corporates and private equity houses across the Asia–Pacific region, addressing imminent liquidity needs for their businesses and investments.

With more than 19 years of leveraged and structured finance experience, Ms. Tang has completed over 40 transactions across the Asia–Pacific region, raising billions of dollars for her clients.

Ms. Tang’s notable assignments include raising £140 million for a European private equity house’s acquisition, $750 million in trade financing for a pan-Asian commodity trader, €2.7 billion in debt financing for a global automaker, $395 million in margin financing for a publicly listed Asian logistics real estate player, and HKD 15 billion in acquisition financing for a private equity’s acquisition of a portfolio of shopping malls.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Tang spent three years with PwC’s Debt and Capital Advisory team in Hong Kong, where she served as a Managing Director. Prior to that, Ms. Tang spent 16 years with various banks in Hong Kong, including ING as the head of the Greater China, Capital and Structuring Advisory team, Standard Chartered as part of its Leveraged Finance and Commercial Real Estate team, and Citigroup in its Technology, Media, and Telecommunication Investment Banking division. 

Ms. Tang earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) licenses 1, 4, and 6.
