Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Laue spent 15 years with AFRY Management Consulting, where he served as Global Head of Transaction Advisory and Head of Dispute Resolution. He has advised on many landmark transactions (market, commercial, regulatory, technical, and ESG due diligence) in the European power, heat, and gas market, including almost all gas asset transactions. He has also given expert witness testimony in a large number of high stake disputes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Laue held expert and management roles in Fortum Oil & Gas and in ExxonMobil.

Mr. Laue earned a master’s degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Passau, Germany. He is recognized by Lexology (formerly Who’s Who Legal) as an energy expert, and he is a member of the Expert Witness Institute and the European Expertise & Expert Institute. A German national, Mr. Laue is fluent in German and English and speaks French.
