Bill Johnsen

With more than 30 years of experience concentrating in the healthcare industry, Mr. Johnsen has served as Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and other management and advisory positions for Health Plans and healthcare Providers.
Mr. Johnsen's notable assignments include serving as Interim Chief Operating Officer for Health First Health Plans, a managed care organization (MCO) offering Medicare Advantage (MA), large group, and on-and-off marketplace small group and individual health plans; providing advisory to Simply Healthcare, an MCO offering MA and Medicaid health plans; and providing advisory to Medical Card System, an MCO offering MA, Medicaid, large and small group and individual health plans.
Mr. Johnsen has served as Chief Financial Officer of Tenet Choices, Inc., an MCO offering Medicare Advantage health plans; Chief Restructuring Officer, Brandywine Senior Living, a multi-facility senior housing owner operator; Chief Restructuring Officer, Intrepid USA, a multi-state home care provider; and Chief Financial Officer, Aveta, Inc. an MCO that operates two Medicare Advantage Plans and a provider network. In addition, he was Senior Vice President with Restructuring, Integrated Health Services, Inc., a post-acute care provider operating more than 300 SNF and LTAC facilities and a rehabilitation company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Johnsen served as Chief Financial Officer to multi-facility post-acute providers and Chief Accounting Officer of a publicly held multi-facility Acute Hospital and Post-Acute provider.
Mr. Johnsen earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Minnesota. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Minnesota (inactive status) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
