Following a surprise exemption of smartphones and other electronics from the latest round of U.S. tariffs, Nasdaq futures climbed 1.4%, and the S&P 500 rose 1%. But market experts warn this relief may be short-lived.
“There’s about 150 companies going into investor calls over the next couple of weeks in the S&P 500,” said Hall. “And they’re all going to be asked the same question: What do you know as of today, and what’s the impact? Clarity is what your investors are seeking.”
