Jamie Bardin

During his career, Mr. Bardin has worked in professional services, consumer-packaged goods (CPG), technology, food and beverage, manufacturing, and nonprofit to create lasting value. He focuses on optimizing business performance, leveraging technology to improve operational efficiencies, streamlining complex projects, and reducing cost and waste in organizations.
Mr. Bardin’s notable assignments include working on a merger, integration, and transformation for a leading staffing company with $3.4 billion in revenue that acquired three separate staffing companies, and a merger of two accounting firms worth $2.6 billion. He previously served as the Lead Project Management Officer for a $500 million CPG food manufacturer, where he led a cross-functional team carving the client out from the parent. Mr. Bardin also led a team integrating a nimble paper conversion operation into a larger industry leader, managing post-deal close activities aimed at capturing $12 million run-rate synergies in the first year, and $50 million for the combined entities. Other notable engagements include working on a sell-side synergy analysis for a coffee roaster business selling to industry (B2B), a team sports apparel merger, a software-as-a-service merger, and a material carve-out in frozen desserts.
Further, Mr. Bardin served as the CEO of a technology-enabled services business, where he led the acquisition and integration of four competitors, performing rapid due diligence and planning to minimize customer disruption and maximize value creation. Mr. Bardin also previously served as the Lead Consultant developing a strategy for a $1 billion 501(c)(3) organization integrating 12 divisions, 900 offices, and one million employees and volunteers into a single operating entity.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bardin was the Vice President and General Manager of New Venture Development at Georgia-Pacific, where he led a team of operators building new businesses, models, categories, and innovations. Mr. Bardin also held leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company and Welbilt. He began his career at Pizza Hut.
Mr. Bardin earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wichita State University and an MBA from Emory University Goizueta Business School.
