Kathryn Jörgensen

Ms. Jörgensen specializes in due diligence and transaction-related advice on complex deals, including integration and carve-out matters. Her primary areas of concentration are supporting the acquisition and disposal of assets in Denmark and the Nordic region and assisting Danish companies on global acquisitions and disposals.
With more than 16 years of transaction experience, Ms. Jörgensen has worked as a transaction professional in the U.K. and Denmark. She has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer and retail, life sciences and healthcare, industrials, software and technology, business services, logistics, financial services, and private equity.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Jörgensen spent 16 years with Transaction Services at KPMG—first in London, followed by 10 years in Copenhagen, where she served as Partner. Ms. Jörgensen transitioned to Copenhagen in connection with a relaunch of KPMG in Denmark, where she played a key role in establishing KPMG Transaction Services in the local market.
Ms. Jörgensen earned a master’s degree in French and management (honors) from the University of St Andrews. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and she was listed as a Top 100 talent by Berlingske, a Danish financial newspaper.
