With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Kindelán has advised on an extensive range of M&A transactions for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and growth companies to multinational corporates. He specializes in cross-border deals, private equity advisory, and complex deal structuring.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kindelán was the Head of Spain and Portugal Advisory at GP Bullhound. He also spent 18 years at Lazard advising clients across multiple sectors, including technology, telecommunications, transportation, and infrastructure, and working on high-profile restructuring deals in Spain and Latin America.

Mr. Kindelán earned a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s degree in finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid’s Catholic Institute of Business Administration in English (ICADE). He is fluent in Spanish, French, and English.
