John Henry

Mr. Henry brings over 20 years of consulting and operational experience across a variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, gas and electric utilities, state and local government and professional services. Notable clients include: Aon Corporation, State Farm, Kemper, CNA, Principal, NiSource, Key Bank, Assurant, and the state of Ohio.
His notable engagements include: Served as CIO for the eBusiness business unit of a large insurance brokerage; Served as the interim CIO for a specialty lines insurer; Led a global SFA selection, global requirements definition and initial deployments at a large insurance brokerage; Developed a three-year strategic business plan and IT Roadmap for a large Midwest Health insurance company; and managed a transformation program for a large Midwestern P&C insurance carrier.
Mr. Henry also designed and implemented a proprietary, risk-based solvency model and ranking mechanism for a service provider to the insurance industry; managed the improvement of actuarial loss development factors for a large Midwestern P&C insurance carrier; Designed and managed a global data warehouse and business intelligence platform for a large insurance brokerage; and managed the SDLC of a Risk Management Information System product for a large insurance brokerage.
Prior to joining A&M, John served as a Director for the regional consulting firm of Navigator Management Partners, where he was responsible for developing their Chicago market expansion and serving as their Insurance vertical lead. Previously, he held key senior management positions for Aon Corp., including VP of Finance and IT for their Global customer segment. From 1995 to 2000, he was VP of Consulting Services and Director of Finance and Operations for Bricker and Associates before, during, and after its acquisition by Keane, Inc. Prior to that, he was with Coopers & Lybrand as a manager in their financial services consulting practice.
Mr. Henry earned a bachelor's degree in accountancy and finance and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Miami (OH) University. He successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant's (CPA) exam in Ohio, although he no longer practices.
