Mr. Tedesco’s notable assignments include aiding large multinational Fortune 500 companies as well as foreign publicly listed inbound corporations. Mr. Tedesco has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, hospitality, and industrial manufacturing.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Tedesco served as Senior Manager at KPMG in the Strategic Corporate Tax group. During this time, he focused on full outsourcing and co-sourcing engagements for tax accounting and compliance functions for large multinational companies.

Previously, Mr. Tedesco spent over seven years at PwC in the core Federal Tax practice. He serviced clients from pre-IPO, inbound, and U.S. publicly listed corporations on various reporting and compliance issues. He focused on optimizing tax functions through automation and on leveraging on-shore and off-shore resourcing.

Mr. Tedesco earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
