Asya Walters

Mrs. Walters’ notable digital infrastructure experience includes: residential and commercial fiber, other broadband technologies such as HFC, DSL, and FWA, data center strategy and commercial due diligence, as well as work across the towers and wireless landscape. Mrs. Walters has led 30+ FTTH and commercial fiber strategy and due diligence engagements. Her areas of focus within fiber include: market entry and expansion strategy, market selection and prioritization, investor economics and returns analysis, wholesale open access business model design and pricing, competitive analysis, and business plan design and validation. She has also led 20+ data center commercial due diligence and strategy engagements across global hyperscale data center platforms, retail data centers, and hybrid IT platforms. Her areas of focus within data centers include: market selection and market supply and demand analyses, investor economics and returns analysis, evolving cloud and AI requirements, evolving power constraints and other barriers to entry, competitive analysis, right to win analysis, and business plan design and validation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mrs. Walters was a Senior Director at the EY-Parthenon Digital Infrastructure practice. She previously spent four years at CMA Strategy Consulting.
Mrs. Walters earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College FW Olin Graduate School of Business (both magna cum laude).
