Richard Feenaghty

With more than 24 years of professional experience, Mr. Feenaghty has provided buy-side and sell-side valuation advice to support some of the largest transactions in the Australian market.
Notably, Mr. Feenaghty provided tax, stamp duty, insurance, and financial reporting valuations to support the acquisition of one of the largest renewable energy portfolios in Australia. He also provided detailed valuation advice relating to PPE and mineral interests to assist in the assessment of land-rich percentages for the disposal of interests in a Western Australian mining business.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Feenaghty served as an Associate Partner in EY’s Australian Strategy and Transactions practice. He spent 23 years with EY, based in Melbourne, Sydney, and London.
Mr. Feenaghty earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and commerce from Monash University. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) (Plant and Machinery).
