Collin Paul is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Dallas. He brings more than nine years of experience in corporate federal tax compliance, planning, and financial reporting of income taxes under ASC 740. He also has experience with tax compliance and planning for partnerships and high-net-worth individuals, assisting with IRS and state audits, accounting method changes, earnings and profits calculations, and cash tax forecasting. Mr. Paul has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, private equity, real estate, construction, and manufacturing and distribution.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Paul spent five years with Moss Adams in Dallas, where he most recently served as a Tax Manager. He gained experience with federal and state tax matters, including income tax compliance and reporting.
Mr. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Paul is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
