Eduardo Teixeira is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Supply Chain in São Paulo. He oversees key areas such as sales and operations planning, physical distribution, transport, and customer service. With over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, Mr. Teixeira has successfully led operations for prominent local and multinational companies across diverse industries.

In his two years at A&M, Mr. Teixeira has led significant projects, including an inbound footprint review for Johnson & Johnson, which was recognized as CT’s Project of the Year in 2023. He also drove substantial cost reductions at companies like Eternit, Redentor, Luft Farma, and Movecta, and enhanced planning processes at STI Array, Agro Competence, and Alloha Fibra.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Teixeira was the Director of Operations at Bauducco, where he managed the full logistics and planning operations in Brazil, including exports to over 100 countries. Additionally, he led the group’s logistics arm, Ellece Logística.

Prior to Bauducco, Mr. Teixeira spent seven years at Johnson & Johnson, where he held the role of Director of Logistics Operations for the Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices divisions. He also led the SAP implementation project across Latin America. Mr. Teixeira’s career began at Procter & Gamble, where he spent over a decade in various supply chain roles, including in manufacturing, customer service, and planning. In his final position there, he led logistics and planning operations at the detergents and softeners plant.

Mr. Teixeira earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical production engineering and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.
