Louverture Jones

With more than 20 years of experience in national security and compliance, Mr. Jones has led numerous high-profile projects, including national security audits, compliance program implementations, and advisory services for companies in the telecommunications, defense, and technology sectors. He has a proven track record of helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments and achieve compliance with federal requirements.
Mr. Jones’s notable assignments include advisory services for the U.S. Space Force, the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). He was responsible for leading the development and implementation of compliance programs for a global technology, telecommunications, and biotechnology firm. He has also worked with clients across various other industries, including healthcare.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jones spent three years with Black Rock Engineering & Technology in Florida, where he most recently served as a Managing Member. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing national security compliance, technology, and cybersecurity, serving technology companies and defense contractors as well as developing risk assessment frameworks and leading internal investigations. His responsibilities included leading business and service offerings in direct DoD prime contracts and subcontracts with some of the largest operating entities in the world.
Mr. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology and economics from Old Dominion University, Virginia. He holds several professional designations, including as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and he formerly held Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses under the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Mr. Jones is also actively involved in charitable organizations focused on support for veterans and cybersecurity education.
