Bryan Wyatt

Mr. Wyatt brings over 25 years of expertise in transportation operations, strategic sourcing, data analysis, logistics planning, and supply chain change management. He has a proven history of leading multimillion-dollar supply chain initiatives, optimizing logistics operations, and delivering significant cost savings for major clients.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wyatt spent 10 years with Chainalytics in Atlanta, Georgia, where he most recently served as Managing Director in the Supply Chain Consulting practice. In this role, he led multiple supply chain engagements with clients across a variety of industries. He was responsible for guiding clients toward successfully achieving their strategic objectives. He created tailored strategies, optimized logistics solutions, and enhanced efficiency to ensure his clients’ supply chain initiatives aligned seamlessly with their broader goals.
Previously, Mr. Wyatt led online delivery operations for The Home Depot. In this role he was responsible for $450+ million in freight spend, supporting e-commerce and special-order business channels. He led carrier management, freight audit and payment, and freight claims as well as home delivery operations to ensure optimal productivity. Under his leadership and guidance, on-time performance increased from 96% to 99.9% during a peak season. Mr. Wyatt consistently maintained 97.5% on-time delivery performance for 10 million deliveries per year while reducing costs by $15+ million.
Mr. Wyatt earned a bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University in Georgia. He is an instructor at the Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute and has authored several papers on transportation optimization.
