Roger Wilcock

Mr. Wilcock specializes in the valuation of companies, shares, and intangible assets. In recent years, his primary area of focus has been the valuation of management incentive plans for tax purposes but he also has extensive experience of valuations for commercial (M&A and restructuring), litigation (expert witness and expert determination), and financial reporting (U.K. GAAP and IFRS) purposes.
Mr. Wilcock has been working in the valuation sector since 2007 and has performed valuations across a wide variety of sectors, including football clubs, renewable energy, mining, banking, asset management, tire manufacturers and distributors, third-party logistics providers, cloud hosting service providers, and software-as-a-service providers.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wilcock spent seven years with BDO in London, where he served as a Director in its Valuations team. In this role, he worked on and led a number of valuations to support litigation proceedings and restructuring valuations.
Mr. Wilcock started his valuation career at Deloitte, where he worked for four years. His first role was at HM Treasury.
Mr. Wilcock earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Bath and a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Warwick.
