Felipe Bergson

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Bergson has been involved in multiple corporate finance verticals—from fund raising to investment plan modeling—in sectors such as oil and gas and mining. He has also been in charge of finance, strategic planning, and M&A for different companies.
Mr. Bergson has led financial and strategic analysis in multiple sectors since joining A&M, supporting projects in mining, steel, water, sanitation and, most recently, oil and gas. He has been involved in efforts including strategic planning and capital allocation strategies for big holding companies, thesis validation for multiple companies, internal efficiency projects for international businesses, and M&As.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bergson spent seven years working directly in infrastructure plays, such as OSX and Bemisa, where he was involved in investment and strategic planning and spearheaded M&A and funding initiatives. He also participated in global deals and navigated evaluation transactions and business plans in the private equity environment.
Mr. Bergson earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (concentration in finance) from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. He also earned a postgraduate from INSEAD, having completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in France.
