Guilherme Kam

At A&M, Mr. Kam has led impactful projects focused on operational efficiency, financial restructuring, and business transformation. Among his notable assignments, he led a project for one of Brazil’s largest energy companies, achieving R$270 million in savings, and conducted the redesign and implementation of the operating model for the Corporate Finance and HR functions of a multinational fishing company, establishing a shared services center. Additionally, he played a key role as interim CFO for a chemical distributor, focusing on compliance with financial covenants while in a back-office restructuring phase.
Mr. Kam has also coordinated post-merger integrations for the Finance and HR functions of over 10 companies in the pharmaceutical and hospital supplies sectors, successfully aligning processes within 18 months. His work has included efforts to optimize cash flow, working capital, and forecasting practices.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Kam held leadership positions in corporate finance. As Global FP&A Manager at a multinational contact center company, he contributed significantly to the relocation of its global headquarters from Europe to Brazil and supported its successful IPO on the NYSE. Earlier in his career, he was part of the leadership team at Entrevias, a Patria Investimentos portfolio company, where he helped structure financial operations, including the issuance of R$1 billion in debentures.
Mr. Kam earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and holds a postgraduate degree in finance. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish.
