Mr. Aguieiras’s expertise spans profit and loss management, operations, commercial effectiveness, strategy, and people management. He has worked with clients across diverse industries, including retail, education, oil and gas, steel, aluminum, and consumer goods, leading transformation programs and serving in interim leadership roles.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Aguieiras led two business units at YDUQS Group (YDUQ3), Brazil’s largest education company and an Advent International portfolio company. He also spent several years at McKinsey & Company and worked with the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro in its Investment Attraction Agency.

Mr. Aguieiras earned a degree in civil engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia in Brazil and an MBA from Columbia Business School in the U.S.
